Rising Star – Adam Bodi. Bodi finally started to make a mark in the Debrecen first team last season with his tricky wing play, and threatening crosses. At the age of just 20, Bodi needs to kick on this season, claim that first team place and fill the void that Peter Czvitkovics has left.
Player to Watch – Jozsef Varga. The little bulldog in the centre of the park has become a regular in the National Team of late, being called up in every single squad that Sandor Egervari has selected, and that hasn’t gone unnoticed abroad with Varga being linked to many a club over the summer. His work rate is second to none, he’ll fight all day for the cause which is what Loki need if they are to achieve anything this season.
Realistic Target – After a very poor season last time out, Loki will be hoping to get back to the heights of recent years where they have won 4 of the last 6 league titles. A title challenge could be on the cards but with very little activity in the transfer market, they’ll struggle to keep up with the leading pack.
