Position Last Season – 1st in NBII Western Group (Promoted)
Coach – Laszlo Kiss
Title Odds – 150/1
Rising Star – Denes Dibusz. The 20 year old Hungarian keeper was in superb form last season, and that form attracted interest from abroad. He has a fantastic leap, is superbly agile and is very commanding and comfortable on crosses. After a recent call-up to the Hungarian 21 side Dibusz will be looking to push on and have a good season in NBI to possibly get that dream move abroad.
Player to Watch – Zsolt Horvath. Horvath had a season blighted by injury last time out but after a good pre-season he has settled down as a first team regular. His extraordinary pace and trickery on the wing is feared throughout NBI and this could bring valuable goals for Pecs this season.
Realistic Target – Pecs have a good squad, and a lot of flair throughout their side. If they can combine their attacking talent with a solid defence they could easily be looking at a safe mid table finish.
Prediction – 11th
